SIBA Faster with Your RNAL PDF

Why you need SIBA registration

If you host paying guests in Portugal, you're legally required to report foreign guests to SIBA, the Sistema de Informação de Boletins de Alojamento, within 3 working days of check-in. But before you can submit a single guest report, your property itself has to be registered with AIMA, the agency that now runs SIBA after taking over from the old SEF.

That one-time property registration is where most hosts get stuck. The AIMA form asks for details that are already sitting in your RNAL registration, things like your NIF, your property address, and your contact information, and copying them across by hand is slow and easy to get wrong.

This helper reads your RNAL PDF in your browser and pulls out exactly what the SIBA registration form needs, formatted so you can copy and paste it straight in. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. The file stays on your device the whole time.

Once your property is registered with SIBA, you'll be ready to submit guest boletins for every foreign guest who checks in, which is a separate, ongoing step covered in our SIBA guide.
